The Metaphysics of Dance Makers is a podcast series diving into the body and mind of choreographers and giving insights into their creation process. For this first episode, Clara chats with Aerowaves artist Inka Romani about her piece Volvamos al baile (Let’s get back to the dance) that she performed at Spring Forward Festival in Guimarães, Portugal. Moving between performative lecture and documentary dance, the performance investigates forms of domination over women’s bodies during Franco’s fascist dictatorship.
